Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer


The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is looking to employ 2 positions for a Project Manager and a Senior Project Engineer.   

PROJECT MANAGER:  This position is to lead the Asset Management Unit (AMU) and implement various tasks in order to achieve the following short-term outcomes: Improved internal workflows and integration with AM systems and processes; Use of spatial systems for decision making; Complete 100% of AM stage 2 data collection; Property Valuations completed for priority properties; AM Policy and regulations drafts reviewed and updated. This position is for a fixed term of approximately 12 months, with the possibility that this term may be extended.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER: The role will support Planning, Design and management of construction and related civil works projects/activities. The Engineers focus is primarily on the engineering designs and quality assurance of works under the Te Papa Tau o Avarua (Avarua Town Plan) programme. Other projects/work shall be assigned to the Senior Project Engineer on a needs basis. This position is for a fixed term of approximately 2 years.
