Patrick Arioka is a former Cabinet Minister and experienced public sector leader with expertise in agriculture, policy development, economic planning, disaster preparedness, and governance. His career has included senior roles within the Cook Islands Government, as well as 13 years on the Cook Islands Red Cross Society Board, including serving as President. First appointed to the CIIC Board in February 2023, Mr Arioka later stepped down to serve as Acting Chairperson of the Cook Islands Airport Authority before returning to the CIIC Board. He brings extensive governance and strategic leadership experience across the public sector.
