Expression of Interest

The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) invites suitably qualified individuals to submit an Expression of Interest to be considered for directorship opportunities across Crown Enterprises and statutory entities.

To support a robust and transparent director selection process, CIIC has developed sector-specific board profiles for each entity. These profiles identify the optimal mix of skills, knowledge, and experience required and inform an up-to-date register of current and potential directors.

How to Register Your Interest

To register, please complete the Expression of Interest form via the link below. Once submitted, email the following documents to ciic_directorships_interests@cookislands.gov.ck:

  • Current Resume/Curriculum Vitae
  • One copy of valid identification (e.g Cook Islands Driver's Licence)
