The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking a detail-focused and analytical Asset Analyst to join our Asset Management Division. This role is central to managing asset data and using digital tools to inform decisions that impact infrastructure across the Cook Islands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct data analysis on asset performance and maintenance needs.
• Manage and update asset systems, including Asset Finda and Smartsheets.
• Generate reports and insights to support CIIC’s infrastructure planning.
• Ensure asset data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with reporting requirements.
• Support stakeholders with timely, meaningful data and insights.
