Contracts & Procurement Manager

The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Contracts & Procurement Manager to lead our procurement and contract management processes. This key role ensures the efficient acquisition of goods, services, and works while maintaining compliance, cost-effectiveness, and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from planning to contract execution.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize value for money.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and cost control.
• Provide expert advice to CIIC leadership on procurement best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business administration, or a related field (essential); relevant certifications (desirable).
• Experience: 8+ years in procurement, contract management, or supply chain leadership.
• Skills: Negotiation, strategic sourcing, risk management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
