Crown Enterprise Support Officer

The Cook Islands Investment Corporation is seeking a capable and organised professional to join our Crown Enterprise Division.

About the Role

The Crown Enterprise Support Officer provides high-quality administrative, coordination and governance support across the Crown Enterprise Division.

For the first six months, the role will operate as a shared resource supporting both the Crown Enterprise Division and the Risk & Compliance function, assisting with the establishment of systems, documentation, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, reporting, and governance processes
  • Maintain registers, documentation, and information systems
  • Support policy, strategy, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with Board, Committee, and stakeholder reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training activities
  • Support performance monitoring and timely reporting across the CIIC Group

About You

  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work across teams
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or related field (essential)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or support role
  • Experience in public sector or governance environments is an advantage
