Request for Quotes – Feasibility Study on the Consolidation of Government Office Facilities (Technical Assistance)
The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking expressions of interests and quotations for short-term consultancy contracts in the following specialist roles:
Economist, socio-economic background
Financial Analysis
Building Assessor / Quantity Surveyor
Environmental and Climate Change specialist
CIIC has undertaken initial studies on the consolidation of government office facilities which have led to concepts for a new Government Office complex, and a new National Archives and Government Storage Facility. The consolidation and proposed development projects seek to resolve the inefficiencies and shortcomings of the existing facilities and accommodation arrangements. CIIC now requires a feasibility study to inform further decision making on the proposed projects.
CIIC intends to engage a team of consultants individually or as one entity to form the core competencies required to undertake the feasibility study, and environmental and social impact assessments.
