The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from individuals or businesses for cleaning services at the following locations:

  • Punanga Nui Market
  • National Sporting Facilities (Stadium and Arena)

Submission Deadline: 4pm (CI Time), Friday 23rd May 2025

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals or businesses to provide cleaning services that maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment at the listed venues. Services include scheduled cleaning of restrooms, offices, grounds and the Arena interior. Key duties involve cleaning toilets, urinals, property grounds, inside the arena, offices, restocking supplies, emptying rubbish bins, mopping floors and reporting any maintenance issues.

Service Details:

  • Punanga Nui Market: Monday to Friday (3 hours per day), Saturday (4 hours)
  • National Sporting Facilities: Monday to Friday (3 hours per day)

Please note:

  • EOIs can be submitted for one venue (Punanga Nui Market or National Sporting Facilities) or for both.
  • Clearly specify in your EOI which venue(s) you are interested in servicing.
  • An EOI Application Form & Scope of Work is available below and must be completed as part of your submission.
