Expression of Interest for Lease of Commercial Space

The Banana Court Company Ltd invites expressions of interest (EOI) from operators for the commercial lease of property, formerly the Tiki Pearl building (53m2, not including surrounding deck) at the Banana Court Complex, for the purpose of private consulting / retail / offices. Lease is for a period of five (5) years beginning 1 July 2021, with an optional further term of five (5) years. Interested operators are invited to a site visit on Wednesday 9 and Friday 11 June 2021 at 9am. EOIs may be submitted in a sealed envelope labelled ‘EOI 2021 – Banana Court Complex’ addressed to Board of Directors, Banana Court Company Ltd and delivered to the Cook Islands Investment Corporation office, opposite the Prestige Furnishings, Vaikapuangi or emailed to the address below.
