Project Officer

The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking a Project Officer to assist in planning, coordinating and delivering small to medium-sized building and infrastructure projects within the Asset Management Division. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting national development and provides an opportunity to develop and grow your project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of capital and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet CIIC quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:
• Good skills in budgeting, documentation, organisation, and stakeholder communication.
• A project management qualification or relevant practical experience will be an advantage.
• A proactive, team-oriented and solutions-focused attitude.
• Candidates with a range of experience are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with the right skills, attitude and potential to grow in the role.
