The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Projects Officer to support the delivery of building and infrastructure projects within the Asset Management Division.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into project management and gain hands-on experience in a supportive team environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering real projects that benefit our people and communities – with opportunities to grow your skills in planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and coordination of building and infrastructure projects.
• Support project delivery by managing timelines, documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet quality standards.
• Promote health, safety and CIIC values across all project activities.

• Experience or strong interest in project coordination, construction, or infrastructure.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
