The Board of the Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced recruitment consultants or firms to provide independent executive recruitment services to support the Board in the search, assessment and appointment of CIIC’s next Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The successful consultant or firm will provide recruitment services, including:
• Reviewing and refreshing the CEO Job Description
• Advising on recruitment strategy and market engagement
• Managing candidate attraction and executive search activities
• Supporting candidate assessment, interviews and due diligence
• Providing recommendations to assist Board decision-making
The Board is seeking proposals from consultants with demonstrated experience in:
• Senior executive recruitment
• CEO and Board-level appointments
• Governance environments
• Public sector and stakeholder contexts
• Executive assessment and reporting
• Confidential and high-profile recruitment assignments

Applications close at 4pm (Cook Islands Time) on Friday 25 September 2026.
CIIC reserves the right to extend the closing date, amend the recruitment process, or not make an appointment. Only shortlisted consultants will be contacted.
