The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is inviting quotations from local contractors for the CIIC Contractors Panel. Quotations are being sought from contractors based on Rarotonga and the Pa Enua.
The CIIC Contractors Panel are successful contractors who meet the eligibility criteria through this RFQ process and have accepted and signed a Term Service contract with CIIC. These Contractors will be called upon, when required, to submit a response to a service request (in the form of a Task Order). The Term Service contract is for a 12-month term.
The Contractors Panel comprises of six (6) service categories:
- 1. General Labour
- 2. Electrical services
- 3. Plumbing and drainage
- 4. Machinery hire
- 5. Supply of sand, soil, fill and/or aggregate
- 6. Supply of ready mix concrete
It is intended that procurement using the Panel will be maximised however, the CIIC will not guarantee that Contractors will be entitled to any quantity or scope of services. Full details are provided in the RFQ document.
To be on the Panel, Contractors are required to:
- Thoroughly read the RFQ Conditions of Quotation and submit a quotation accordingly;
- Become familiar with How the Panel Works;
- Meet the eligibility criteria for one or more of the Panel Categories;
- Upon CIIC’s acceptance of the quotation, enter into a Term Service Contract with CIIC.
The deadline for submissions is Friday 24 March 2023, 4pm (CI Time).
The RFQ will be reopened for new submissions on a quarterly basis (every 3 months) thereafter.

Interested contractors on Rarotonga are invited to attend a Q&A session scheduled for Friday 17 March 2023 at 10am. A separate zoom session will be hosted for Pa Enua contractors. Please contact the person below for further details. Attendance is not mandatory.
